Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room is a good size with comfortable bedding, Elemis products in the bathroom, and a coffee machine that can make tea and hot chocolate, which was a nice touch. We enjoyed a great view from our room, despite its proximity to a busy junction. The service was excellent, striking the right balance of being helpful and informative without being overbearing. The location, just 8 minutes away from the town center, was perfect for our Inverness stay. The dining experience was superb, showcasing possibly the best breakfast we've had at a hotel. The facilities were well-equipped and enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although spacious and roomy, had some drawbacks like being dark with a view of the car park above, making it somewhat noisy. However, the service was exceptional and went above and beyond, offering complimentary pastries and being attentive to our needs without us even asking. While the location was stunning with a comfortable room and hot tub, it could get noisy being close to the kitchen. The dining was fantastic overall, but there were limited options for vegetarians. Overall, a stay with both positive and negative aspects.
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The room was very spacious with a private terrace, hot tub, and sauna, making it a luxurious experience. However, on the second day, there was no room turnover which was a bit of a letdown. Overall, a fantastic stay with just a minor inconvenience.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were quiet and cozy, though a bit old, providing a restful atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The location was perfect for exploring the town easily. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.
